G.LOOMIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

  • G.Loomis rods are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against non-conformities in workmanship and materials for the life of the original owner. Demo rods are not covered under warranty. Sales receipt or proof of purchase required.

Rod must be registered within 30 days of purchase on the G. Loomis website to activate warranty.

  • G.Loomis will inspect the rod to determine if the breakage was due to workmanship or material non-conformance. For breakage determined to have occurred due to non-conformance, G. Loomis will, at the companies’ discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge.

Breakage deemed to be the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, alteration, accidental damage, or neglect will, at the companies’ discretion, be repaired or replaced for a specific fee. A full estimate will be provided for your approval before any fees are levied. G. Loomis reserves the right to refuse service on any claim.

To initiate a claim

You can initiate your warranty return request online HERE and follow the instructions provided. Ship the damaged rod in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, along with either a printed copy of your confirmation email, or your name and case # clearly indicated on the outside of the box.

PLEASE NOTE:

1) If you are returning a custom rod, please remove any after-market components that you wish to keep, as they will not be returned.

2) Do not use a shipping container that you want returned, it will be disposed of at the factory.

XPEDITOR™ PROGRAM

G.Loomis Xpeditor Service


(U.S. And Canada customers only)


Our Xpeditor Service is a no-fault, “no questions asked” replacement program designed to get you back on the water fast. If your registered rod is damaged or broken, this program provides a same-model replacement for a very fair price. You can initiate your Xpeditor Service request online HERE and follow the instructions provided.

If you experience any issues, please call our customer service line (1-866-491-5229) and have your case # available.

You will receive your replacement rod within 10 business days (pending on-hand product availability). Out of stock items will ship as soon as they become available. Once the rod arrives, please do the following to complete the process:

  1. It is not necessary to return the entire damaged rod. We only require a piece of the blank printed with the logo and model information.
  2. Take the package to your local courier for shipment back to G. Loomis. Be sure to indicate your name and case # on the outside of the box or envelope.

Note: You’ll have 30 days after receiving your replacement rod to return the logo section of the damaged rod. If the logo section is not received within this timeframe, your credit card will be charged for the full retail price of the rod, in addition to the Xpeditor fee already paid.

G.Loomis products are built with various grades of technology, componentry, and performance. Due to this, our Xpeditor fees vary depending on the family of rod being serviced. Please refer to the list below to determine Xpeditor pricing for your specific rod.

Discontinued models will be replaced with the closest like the model or build material. Demo rods, premier rods, and kit rods are not eligible for Xpeditor Service.

G.LOOMIS XPEDITOR TIP SERVICE

If the tip-section of your multi-piece rod has been damaged, we’ve got you covered. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Call our customer service line (1-866-491-5229) and let one of our representatives know that you’d like to receive a replacement tip.
  2. Share your name, shipping address, rod make and model, and credit card information.
    Note: if your rod has been discontinued for more than 5 years, we will not be able to replace the tip. Please follow the Xpeditor service instructions above, or send your rod in for warranty evaluation.
